Most people who reach this point are not new to the problem. They have looked at it honestly, tried to change it, and worked at it with real effort. And yet the same pattern continues to shape the outcome.

This is the work Insight Behavioral Health is built for. It addresses the underlying structure of a concern — how patterns form, how they hold, and what allows them to shift — rather than treating only the surface. The work is clinical, structured, and discreet, grounded in doctoral training, active licensure, and more than two decades across complex and high-stakes settings.

Clinical formulation

A structured understanding of the pattern, what sustains it, and what it will take to change it.

Focused work

Ongoing, clinically grounded work that addresses the underlying structure rather than the surface.

Engagement is selective and private-pay. Not every situation is a match, and that clarity protects the quality of the work.

Services Offered

Fees are listed by service type and scope. Some assessments begin at a starting rate because the final scope depends on complexity, documentation needs, and records reviewed.

Initial Clinical Consultation — $295

A focused 50-minute consultation used to clarify the concern, assess fit, and determine the most appropriate next step.

Individual Therapy — $295

Ongoing 50-minute individual sessions for adults, young adults, and professionals seeking structured, clinically grounded care.

Couples Therapy — $325

50-minute couples sessions for conflict, communication breakdown, accountability issues, executive functioning strain, betrayal-related disruption, or high-stakes relationship stress.

Extended Session — $450

80–90 minute sessions available when the complexity of the work requires additional time.

Mental Health Diagnostic Assessment — starting at $650

Clinical diagnostic assessment when diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, or formal clinical documentation is needed.

ADHD / Executive Functioning Assessment — starting at $950

Clinical assessment focused on attention, organization, working memory, planning, self-regulation, and follow-through.

Comprehensive Chemical Health Assessment — starting at $750

Substance use and recovery-focused assessment within LADC scope.

Domestic Violence–Related Clinical Assessment — starting at $850

Clinical assessment of behavioral patterns, coercive control concerns, treatment needs, and related risk factors.

Offense-Related Clinical Risk and Treatment-Needs Assessment — starting at $1,200

Clinical assessment when offense-related concerns, behavioral risk, and treatment-planning needs require careful review.

Sex Offense–Related Clinical Assessment — starting at $1,350

Treatment-oriented clinical assessment of behavioral patterns, risk-relevant factors, and treatment needs.

Report Writing / Clinical Documentation — $295 per clinical hour

For detailed letters, clinical summaries, assessment reports, treatment updates, and authorized coordination documents.

Court-Related Services — $450 per hour, 4-hour minimum

Available on a limited, case-by-case basis for testimony, preparation, record review, travel, and waiting time.

Scope

This practice provides private-pay treatment, assessment, and clinically grounded recommendations within LPCC and LADC scope. Services are not offered as legal strategy, custody evaluation, or blanket forensic opinion work unless separately defined and accepted in writing.

Who I Work With

This practice serves adults, young adults, professionals, and couples, with selective availability for adolescents ages 13–17. Cases involving minors are accepted only when there is clear structure and accountability in place, such as probation involvement, a court order, active agency oversight, or coordinated treatment expectations. Parent or guardian participation must be defined and active rather than a “drop them off and hope” model.

Individuals facing patterns that have resisted prior effort or treatment. Couples navigating escalation, instability, or rupture that ordinary approaches have not resolved. Families managing serious relational or behavioral concerns under real strain. Adults with ADHD or executive functioning concerns seeking clinical depth rather than surface strategies. Those facing high-stakes circumstances where the situation is serious and the stakes are real.

The common thread is a concern that calls for clinical depth, structure, and discretion.
