Insight Behavioral Health | Dr. Nakumbe, PhD
Initial Consultation: $295 for 50 minutes.

Approach
This practice is designed for concerns that require more than reassurance or generic support: situations involving conflict, judgment, responsibility, relational strain, professional pressure, substance use concerns, or legally sensitive context.
The work is measured, discreet, and clinically grounded. Consultation helps clarify what is happening, what is at stake, and what kind of support or referral pathway is appropriate before deeper engagement begins.
Workshops
For organizations, legal partners, and clinical teams seeking structured learning around behavioral health, high-conflict dynamics, and clinically informed decision-making.
Workshops are offered separately from individual clinical consultation and are designed to translate complex behavioral health concepts into clear, practical frameworks.

01
Complex Behavioral Patterns
For individuals facing recurring patterns that have not shifted through prior support, insight, or effort alone.
02
High-Conflict Relational Concerns
For couples navigating escalation, instability, or rupture where ordinary strategies have stopped working.
03
Legally Sensitive Situations
For individuals and couples managing court-involved or legally significant circumstances that require steady, structured clinical support.
04
Safety-Sensitive and High-Stakes Concerns
For situations where behavior, judgment, or stability carry consequences, and the cost of inaction is high.
Who I Work With
This practice serves adults, young adults, professionals, and couples, with selective availability for adolescents ages 13–17. Cases involving minors are accepted only when there is clear structure and accountability in place, such as probation involvement, a court order, active agency oversight, or coordinated treatment expectations. Parent or guardian participation must be defined and active rather than a “drop them off and hope” model.
